If your tracker's app syncs to Health Connect, yes. You get whatever it records there, like sleep, heart rate, steps and workouts. The Sleep, Recovery and Movement scores need an Ultrahuman ring.
Health Connect carries measurements, not other apps' scores, so those stay in the Fitbit app. Cordaya shows the measurements themselves, like sleep stages, heart rate and HRV, when your tracker shares them.
