Most problems are a missing permission or a tracker that hasn't synced. Here's how to check, and how to reach a person.

Either Cordaya doesn't have Health Connect permission for that data type, or your tracker's app isn't syncing to Health Connect. Open Health Connect, check Cordaya's permissions, then open your tracker's app and confirm it writes to Health Connect.
In Cordaya, open More, then Connections, and paste your personal Ultrahuman API token to connect. To remove it, clear the token in the same place; the app then makes no network requests.
Pull down on any screen, or tap the refresh button at the top. Cordaya rereads Health Connect and, if connected, asks Ultrahuman for the day's scores.
Remove your data
Cordaya holds nothing outside your phone, so any of these is complete:
- Clear the app's cache in Cordaya's Settings.
- Revoke Cordaya's access in Health Connect.
- Remove the Ultrahuman token in Connections.
- Uninstall the app.
